As Managing Director of Apex, Ramasamy brings to the table years of experience in business and engineering within the textile industry. In his constant pursuit of innovation, Ramasamy recognized the value of the coconut as a natural resource and its potential to produce diverse products in both food and non-food categories. At Apex, Ramasamy leads project development and serves as sales director. He is most proud of the Apex commitment to creating high-quality coconut-based products that add value to the entire supply chain.

Ramasamy is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), TEA and FICCI organizations, and he has served on the Board of Governors for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in India. When he has spare time, you can find Ramasamy on the golf course.

Above all, Shrinivasan values innovation.

Shrinivasan recognized the coconut’s potential to produce many products across food and non-food categories. Shrinivasan is no stranger to manufacturing innovation, having established the first textile dye and chemical manufacturer in South India, as well as the first ISO accredited textile testing laboratory in his home city of Tiruppur. Today, he leads the Apex team as the first vertically integrated coconut processing plant in India.

In his past life in the textile industry, Shrinivasan formed a Young Entrepreneurs of Textile Group (YET) and served as Academic Chairman for the NIFT-TEA College of Knitwear Fashion. He is also a founding member of Sripuram Trust – Tiruppur, a social organization involved in promoting the well-being of the citizens of Tiruppur.

Vishal joined the Apex team because of his passion for improving the livelihood of Indian farmers through modern, efficient, and organic agricultural developments.

Vishal comes from a family of agriculturists, so he has witnessed firsthand the importance of education for farmers and its effect on the agricultural standards of India. As Director of Non-Food Operations for Apex, Vishal focuses on identifying obstacles in manufacturing Apex’s non-food products in order to preemptively find solutions. Vishal’s expertise ensures continuous, streamlined operation of Apex’s state-of-the-art coconut processing facility. Additionally, Vishal leads a team of scientists and experts to help educate coconut farmers about efficient farming techniques and crop maintenance.

When not working to improve efficiency at Apex, Vishal enjoys watching movies and spending time with his dogs.

Prem joined the Apex team because he recognized a shared passion for the kind of manufacturing that helps communities while leaving zero impact on the environment.

With a background in mechanical engineering and entrepreneurship, Prem brings a unique perspective to the Apex team. As the Director of Farm and Sourcing Management, Prem leads all efforts related to the supply of high-quality coconuts as well as the proper dispatching of goods
and materials. He values above all his relationships with India’s coconut farmers, and consistently works within the agriculture industry to equip farmers with modern training in efficient farming techniques and crop maintenance.

Prem views Apex as more than just a place to work but also as a space to learn, share ideas, and develop the talents of others while working toward a shared goal. When he isn’t working, Prem enjoys travel and driving cars as a hobby.

Manoj grew up surrounded by India’s coconut agriculture in his hometown of Kangayam—a connection that inspires him everyday at Apex to innovate healthy products that positively impact Indian communities.

Through his work as Director of Food Operations, Manoj leads the Apex team on analyzing data, identifying trends, and working with employees and suppliers to constantly improve operations. With a background in the textile industry, Manoj understands the bigger picture of running a state-of- the-art coconut processing plant and is able to effectively communicate the steps to get there.

Manoj’s love for agriculture continues outside of his daily work, and on weekends he enjoys taking care of his animals and home garden.

Gokul enjoys taking that extra step, going the extra mile, to truly understand our customers’ business needs in order to find the perfect solution.

In his role as Director of Business Development, Gokul bridges the cultural and communication gaps across Apex’s multicultural business model. Educated at India’s PSG College of Technology, as well as the Hult International Business School in San Francisco, California, Gokul is uniquely positioned to help U.S. businesses benefit from Apex products and services.

When Gokul isn’t working with clients, he pursuing his interests in horticulture and technology.

Raja currently serves as president of Triuppur Exporters Association (TEA), Managing Partner of Warsaw International, Director of Alpine Knits India, and Director of J.M. Knitwear and Green Energy.

Moghan’s experience comes from his experience as current Managing Director of Anugraha Fashion Mill Private Limited, as well as Managing Partner of Freelook Fashions. He currently serves as Treasurer for Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA) and as Vice Chairman (Finance) for NIFT TEA Knitwear Fashion Institute.

Ramaswamy brings decades of experience in business, engineering, and innovation to the Apex team. He serves as Managing Director for Srg Apparels, as well as Proprietor of Prime Tex, and Director of Netaji Apparel Park.

As the managing director of Prasanna Spinning Mills, one of India’s leading textile manufacturers, Sivanmalai brings years of business, manufacturing, and marketing experience to the table. He is a member of NIFT, IFT, and TASMA trade organizations.

Atul is the Director of Asmah Shares and Stock Brokers and has spent his career in financial investments and portfolio management.

Palanisamy brings over 50 years of experience in the textile industry to the Apex Board of Directors, specializing in garments, spinning, and solar energy. He currently serves as Vice President of Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA) and is very involved in the community as a founding member of Sripuram Trust of Tiruppur, as well as the ‘Resilient Tiruppur’ workshop.

Vikramraj specializes in chemical engineering and technology in the textile industry, currently serving as Director at Alpine Knits India, Managing Partner of Birdy Inc, and Managing Partner of Azo Textile Testing Laboratory.
